Illustrator 25.3 Compatibility Issues

On June 7th, Adobe released an update to Illustrator 2021 (v25.3).  Users are able to update to this new version, however, there are a couple of compatibility issues that we want to make users aware of.

1. Illustrator 25.3 provides native support for M1 devices.  MAPublisher will work on these devices and with this version of Illustrator, however, it is required that it runs using the Rosetta Emulation.  For details on the M1 support, please see our help article here as it outlines the steps required to ensure MAPublisher functions correctly on those devices using the Rosetta Emulation.
2. Illustrator 25.3 also introduced the ability to rotate the artboard for both Mac and PC versions.  At this time this functionality is not supported within MAPublisher.  We are working on an update to support this function and will update this article accordingly.
