Mapublisher easier license check out

I have to go to check out my floating license from Illustrator Help menu with 4 clicks.
Alternatively I could use some tool from Mapublisher toolbar to get license, but then I have to deal with the menu or error that appears.

If I open Map attributes or Map views I have lock icon. Why not click on lock and get the check out? Or some otherway to get license on these menus on demand, somewhat like with tools but without the extra clicks.
I don't want to have license every time Illustrator opens either.
