Web Map Author tool image quality

Web map author tool exports pretty crisp images into project folder, but when viewing web map they get blurred badly.  Otherwise it would be pretty useful tool, but this blurriness is no good. I guess that it has something to to with scaling the tiles while viewing. I wonder if I could use some precise parameters for my project so that tiles are used in their original size for every zoom level.  Or is there anything else I could do?
