Puchase of MAPublisher price for Non-Profits

Do you have a price for Non Profit organizations for use/purchase of MAPublisher or Adobe Illustrator?  I am only going to make one map of a 73 mile trail.  Any suggestions to make it cheaper than buying all new programs for one person to create one map plus revisions.
