When you're trying to import the exported Geotiff with a different band combination, it seems like you're facing an issue where the second image is offset from the first, even though they should have the same coordinates and reference. There could be a few reasons why this is happening.

First, double-check the coordinate system and projection settings of both images. It's important to ensure that they are using the same coordinate system, datum, and projection. If the coordinate systems don't match, it can lead to misalignment or offset between the images.

Additionally, make sure that the pixel size or resolution of both images is the same. If one image has a different pixel size or resolution compared to the other, it can cause misalignment when you try to overlay or combine them.

The issue likely comes from slight coordinate mismatches or misaligned georeferencing in the GeoTIFFs. Here's how to fix it:

    1. Recheck the Georeferencing: Ensure both files use the same projection and coordinate system.
    2. Snap Layers: In Geographic Imager, use the "Align to Geographic Coordinates" option to align the imported image with the base PSD.
    3. Check Image Extents: Verify that the extents match; adjust if needed using Geographic Imager's tools.
