Effective January 1st, 2020, we have introduced a new five-year product support policy for MAPublisher and Geographic Imager. This means email and phone support will only be offered to customers with active maintenance who are running versions that have been released for five years or less.
We release new versions of our applications often, and as such we want to ensure that we provide optimum technical support to you through being able to call on a manageable set of versions and operating systems. We also want to encourage you to stay up to date with us as we make enhancements to our product lines; after all, these enhancements are added for your benefit!
