Would it be possible to have layers panel (where you turn layers off and on) to be open all the time without it interfering with map panning and zooming abilities.

Exporting SHP and GEOJSN adds anchorpoint
Some of the line and area layers get a lot of new anchor points added. 24 point polygon turns into 2000 point polygon. What can I do?
